Speaking from experience of past workouts, we recommend that you plan out your week by adding your essential training and, if possible, your personal to-dos because when you’re doing things “on the fly,” it’s all too easy to postpone activities and end up not having enough time to complete all of them. Also, planning out your week makes you feel more accountable for them. 

It’s completely OK if you don’t manage to get all your activities done, just do your best! Also, please make sure that, by the end of your week,  your timesheet mirrors your reality so delete those activities you didn’t get to and keep only those that you completed.
