Please remember that the workout is not about instant happiness; it’s supposed to make you happier in the long run. Not only do sugar and alcohol have negative side effects on your health but they are both also highly addictive. Just ask yourself this question: If you find it hard not to drink or use sugar for the next two months, are you really free? Use the opportunity of the workout to break free from it and see how good your body will feel. Also, you still have three units of sugar a week and you can pull jokers for more sugar and alcohol if you really feel like having them for special occasions.
