Pulling a joker is like having a cheat day where you can eat and drink whatever and however much you’d like and you don’t have to do anything from the workout.
Pull a joker when:
- You would like to consume alcohol
- Would like to consume more than the allotted amount in the nutrition section
(e.g. 3 sugar units are allowed per week. Want a fourth? Pull a joker!)
