Will my personal information be shared or used for marketing purposes? What if I want to share my story anonymously?

There is no problem in sharing your story anonymously. You can either DM @thisisahappyplace.global with your picture & caption or email it to hello@well-you.app with the request that it remain anonymous. In general, sharing can look in one of three ways. You choose the way that is most comfortable for you: Option 1: Anonymous, Country Option 2: First name, Country - no tag ( example ) Option 3: IG handle, Country - with tag ( example ) Your story may be featured on our website, social media pages or promotional materials to inspire others but we would ask for your consent beforehand. Your personal information, such as full name or email, will never be shared.

Are there any guidelines for sharing happy place stories on social media?

Be authentic and your real self. Take a picture and/or video as best you can; no photography skills needed. With it comes to the caption, share as little or as much as you’d like (max. 200 words). Use the hashtags #thisisahappyplace and #thisisahappyplace(yourcity) to join the conversation. Also tag @well-you.app on your post so we can easily find it.

What’s the minimum order quantity? What quantity options are available?

To justify shipping costs, the minimum order requirement is 10 stickers. There is no maximum requirement; we encourage you to share with as many friends and family as you’d like!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! At the moment, tracking orders are not available.

Are there any restrictions on where I can place the stickers?

Please use your best judgement when placing the stickers. The best is to stick them in areas where stickers already exist. Do not stick them on monuments, old heritage buildings, private property, etc. In many cities, lamp posts are OK but we understand that this also depends from city to city. If your city has regulations against placing stickers, please adhere to these rules.

Are the stickers environmentally friendly and easily removable?

Yes! We have purposefully ordered environmentally friendly, PVC-free stickers that are easily removable in one piece from various surfaces.
