Stretching after intense training is good, and we highly recommend doing so for 5-10 minutes after each workout. However, another factor that can negatively affect our mood is the tension that we feel in our bodies due to stiff muscles, tendons, and ligaments as a result of many years of neglect, sitting too much, or not stretching properly after exercise.

As you aim to find happiness and harmony on all levels during the two months, you will also have to invest some time here by doing yoga or stretching exercises for 30 minutes, once a week, or for 15 minutes twice a week. Yoga is the better alternative as it easily works the entire body but if you find a stretching series that does the same, then you are more than welcome to do this. It is intended to give you an intense stretch to also reach the deeper parts of your body.
