Yes and no. It is great that you walk to work, and you should count these minutes toward your entire wellyou program and collect points for it, but you should try to remove yourself from your working environment during the day and give your brain a break. This is what the walking units are actually for. The exception of course would be, if you walked to work and couldn’t do so during the day because there was simply too much to do at work. Then you can definitely count it as a walking unit.
